This is Jovis, an updated version of him fitting into my current style of shading and inking.

I haven't drawn him in quite a while or anything from my current kaijuverse timeline, so in break of the 4 comic pages, I decided to try and update some of my kaijus from my kaijuverse, beginning with Jovis, my main and favorite monster. Hopefully I'll make more while balancing out with my webcomic

That is one of the most epic kaiju I've ever seen! What is he? reminds me of a zoanoid from guyver almost

Thanks! He's actually a crocodilian from another dimension, mutated to become a kaiju, he has four arms and walks on two legs due too much contact with people in his past life. Here's how he looks like [link] I'll update more on his background later, I'm currently rehauling my kaijuverse's timeline.

And if there is any resemblence to a Zoanoid from guyver it's completely unintentional :D.

I think this is the first time I've put this down but I love this monster design, its one of the best 'moving mountain' body style kaiju I've ever seen, and I mean ANYWHERE. The four arms really make his distinctness top the charts, too, its accentuated well by his simple plating and earthy color scheme. Really stays in your memory.

I do admit I had a hard time making out where one thing ended and another began with his right (my left) hands, the shadows make that a little confusing but not enough to diminish his charm.
